Given the new reality we live in a global level, Pousada do Príncipe operates under the highest standards of health and safety.
For the reopening of Pousada do Príncipe based on the guidelines of our health authorities, we have redefined and implemented a series of hygiene and safety policies and procedures to ensure the well being of everyone.
Which new hygiene and social distance measures will be applied at Pousada do Príncipe?
- Implementation of Express Check In & Check Out, aiming to protect everyone;
- Restructuring and reinforcement of the already rigorous cleaning processes, with particular attention to all surfaces in common use;
- Use of cleaning products and disinfectants and treatment of clothing as recommended by the health agency;
- Distribution of disinfectant dispensers for the hands that are available to customers, employees and suppliers throughout the Pousada;
- Use of service desks, limited to one guest / family at a time;
- Placement of barrier with protection, as well as the use of personal protective equipment and temperature measurement of all employees;
- All our employees and partners received additional training so that they can safely carry out the new measures implemented.
- New layout in all common areas to promote social distance including the Restaurant, Bar and Pool;
-All meals, including breakfast, are subject to pre-booking, which allows you to control the number of customers in the lounge;
- The buffet breakfast service was replaced by the à la carte service, with pre-request and personalization, which allows minimizing the meeting of people in the room (in addition to reducing the risk of food contamination).
- Room service also available during the bar / restaurant opening hours;
- Regular ventilation of rooms and common areas;
- Swimming pool is treated with chlorine in the appropriate amount in order to ensure safe use and the spacing between the loungers has been increased.
